The content of this site includes General Membership Information, board information, agendas and packages, and board minutes. The site will also include the data with respect to the BCMEA vessel Allocation System and the Waterfront Human Resources Information System.

The BCMEA Waterfront Human Resources Information System (WHRIS) is a database system containing employment related information pertaining to longshore employees working under the BCMEA/ILWU Collective Agreement. It has been developed as an initiative to provide required information to member companies of the BCMEA to enable them to more efficiently manage on-site ILWU personnel in a safe and productive manner.
